Due to Canada Day I will be taking some time off!

THERE ARE SOME THINGS...

That catch the imagination. Good enough to make

you grin. Me anyway.

Our son Nathaniel put together his version of me

working at home. It's one that's gone to the dogs.

It has Gizmo, his French Bull Dog wearing thick reading glasses.

Great stuff.

WEEKEND MAGAZINE NEWSROOM

I worked for WEEKEND magazine in Montreal .

at one time. Loved every minute of it. Its writers

had to come up with ideas.

One in ten might be accepted.

The editors would send its writers across the country

to work on what was they though was worthy being in the

magazine.

Author's comment: That's what had me changing course

to work on other things instead. What I'm tackling now is...

Want to know? Probably not. And that's okay with me.

For now it's a private thing. Until I've polished it.
