Here are some of the highlights

I stumbled over an article in a recent copy of the

Toronto Star and it hit me square in the face. It

was written by staff reporter Kevin Jang.

‘Expert advice for getting a good night’s sleep

A small caption on the side told me ‘Unable to sleep?

I jumped in with both feet. Beginning with how experts tell

us what happens and why it happens.

More important, what we can do about it.

Under a smaller heading: ‘What happens to the

brain during sleep?

Authors Comment: He told us what Charles Morin,

a clinical psychologist had to say. How all goes well

from the moment we lie down and close our eyes. Our

brain activity slows down. I think I am nodding off.....
