GET IT DONE

I sat at my office desk on this first day of October

and poked about to see what I’ve written lately a

And how it worked out.

Starting to write a book or screenplay ties you up

for the next year at least before it comes into its own.

How to choose a topic when other ideas bump around

in the head?

Take HARVEST. It came to me from little bits and pieces

floating around. One stuck and I couldn’t shake it.

Author’s comment: I glanced at the back cover of the HARVEST

and read the blurb: “The best of Europe, wine and romance

make Harvest a thrilling mystery full of surprises.”

I ask myself, ‘Does the new idea have the legs to turn itself into

a screenplay? If it does, what am I waiting for?
