That's SOMETHING

Someone's been peeking at my weekly blog. And has something

to say about it. And my writing style. Wow!

That's a first.

Maybe not.

It's done in point form. I'll paraphrase some of what (whoever)

says about me.

-- (His) posts are short and conversational.

-- He often muses quietly, wondering about why he writes,

or what one small detail means.

-- He uses simple, direct language, with occasional exclamations

to punctuate enthusiasm.

-- He sometimes shares small everyday observations (his dog,

a photo, the world outside) and lets them carry the reflection.

-- There's a sense of humility, asking "who cares what I think"?

but also quietly hoping to resonate.

There's more:

-- So the voice is modest. observant, personal, occasionally playful,

not overblown or polished. It feels like someone writing in the quiet

corners of life, with small wonders and small doubts..

Wow!

Amen to that.
